Description of the house

The house is set back from the road in a very quiet environment but close to all amenities.

The interior of the house

The spacious and bright 120 m2 house is made up of a living area and a sleeping area ;

The sleeping area is composed of:

4 bedrooms decorated in a unique and warm style

All rooms are equipped with new and comfortable bedding guaranteeing you a good night's sleep.

• Each has 1 bed 160 * 200, 1 duvet 220 * 240, 2 pillows 65 * 65, 1 bedspread, storage
• All rooms are equipped with disposable pillow covers to ensure clean and healthy bedding for every traveler.

• Bed linen is not provided

   

2 bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, heated towel rail

A large entrance and a separate toilet complete this space

The 50 m2 living space is made up of:

A living room adjoining the kitchen welcomes you in its 2 comfortable sofas, its connected TV, a library with board games to meet up with family or friends at the end of the day. A pellet stove is at your disposal if needed (pellets provided)

A fully equipped kitchen* will allow you to prepare delicious meals with local products that you can find on the surrounding markets. You can then enjoy them on the family table designed for 8 people

*induction hob, extractor hood, SMEG fridge, coffee machine with grinder, milk frother, toaster, small household appliances

A laundry room with an additional fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board and household products and storage shelves for beach gear and a dressing area

Ideal for families: baby chair, travel cot, board games and books available.

Ideal for working: high-speed WIFI, RJ 45 sockets in all rooms  

The exteriors of the house

• The terrace

  On the large wooden terrace , adjoining the kitchen, you will find a large table for 8 people protected from the sun by a coconut shade sail (@lascoutinerie) , a wooden pergola fitted with 2 bamboo sofas, comfortable cushions (@haomy), and finally a mini bar with a gas plancha.

For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a gas plancha is available in an outdoor kitchen/mini bar area.

The terrace is lit by wicker lights and a guinguette-style garland which create an atmosphere conducive to long evenings outdoors, a "cool" place for your summer evenings.

• The heated swimming pool and the garden

The swimming pool surrounded by wood is perfectly secure with its sliding wooden terrace. It guarantees you total peace of mind with your children .

The terrace is very easy to operate; it slides on rails to completely cover the pool and closes using an approved latch system.

You can relax by the seasonal heated swimming pool* , perfect for cooling off on hot summer days at the beach or for a swim if the weather is a little gloomy.

An outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet, next to the swimming pool, will allow you to shower "in the open air" but out of sight.

* Heating period : in principle from mid-May to mid-September, heating depending on outside temperatures

Weekly pool maintenance in season is included in the rental price

The illuminated bowling alley will allow you to play "until the end of the night" if you feel like it.

Parking for 2/3 vehicles is available inside the enclosure.
